The Golden V awards will recognise the most ambitious and responsible business initiatives in the wine and spirits industry worldwide. A jury of international experts will assess each project on its impact and contribution to the sector, with the first-ever awards ceremony
held during Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2024.
HIGHLIGHTING PROJECTS THAT DRIVE BUSINESS FORWARD
The wine and spirits sector is rapidly changing, keeping pace with a world in motion, and more than ever, Vinexposium is committed to promoting the industry. The Golden V awards highlight initiatives that embody the future of the wine and spirits business: they are a springboard for projects and achievements that encourage performance, responsibility and the collective spirit of the sector.
AWARDS OPEN TO ALL
To enable all industry members to share their actions with the community, Vinexposium has made an important commitment: entries are free of charge, and are not reserved for exhibitors but are open to all members of the wine and spirits trade, regardless of company size or nationality. Entries for the first edition of The Golden V awards will open on April 17th 2023. Participants must submit their entry on the dedicated area of the Vinexposium website. An internal steering committee will then select a shorlist of projects.
NINE UNIQUE AWARDS AND A JURY OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERTS
Six permanent awards will be made based on a number of rigorous criteria, including the CSR impact of the shortlised projects. Three special awards will spotlight the men and women who have made a significant contribution to the wine and spirits sector, both as it exists today and in its future form.
Entries will be judged by a panel of internationally-recognised industry members. Each will represent a key expertise within the sector (eg. production, marketing, distribution or sustainable development). The Golden V trophies will be given to the winners by the jury during Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2024: these trophies are true artistic objects whose design will be revealed in summer 2023.
