The Jurats launched the Hong Kong festivities
Loyal to tradition, the VINEXPO ASIA PACIFIC opening Gala Dinner took place Monday May the 26th at the prestigious Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.
With over 500 guests among witch the French Consul in Hong Kong and the Permanent Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, the Jurade ceremony was held by Hubert de BOUARD (Premier Jurat and owner of Château Angélus).
A unique event that set the first ever Saint-Emilion Jurade Chancellery in China (Beijing) with the induction of Xing Hai CUI (left on the picture) as Chancellor and Nicolas BILLOT-GRIMA (right on the picture) as Vice-Chancellor.
The Grand Hyatt Chef’s dinner menu was paired with a top selection of 11 Grands Crus Classés and Saint-Emilion Premiers Grands Crus Classés.
The Jurats have welcomed the Asian professionals and wine lovers to come and join them, next Saturday (May the 31st) at the Reignwood Theater in Beijing, for the first ever event of the brand new Chinese Jurade Chancellery.
